Product Introduction

1.introduction

Anionic fluorocarbon surfactant is a widely used and early used ionic surfactant, whose polar part of the surfactant molecule dissociates in water and carries a negative charge. According to the structure classification of anionic polar groups, they can be divided into carboxylate type (RfCOOM),sulfonate type (RfSO3M), phosphate type (RfOPO3M), and sulfate type (RfOSO3M), etc. The first three are mainly used in industry.Carboxylate fluorocarbon surfactants generally have lower solubility in strong acid or high valent cation aqueous solutions, but higher thermal stability;Sulfonate based fluorocarbon surfactants have relatively better oxidation resistance and are less sensitive to strong acids and electrolytes;Phosphate fluorocarbon surfactants have relatively poor foaming performance and are generally used as defoamers.Due to the excellent performance (three highs, two hydrophobicity) of fluorocarbon surfactants, they can be fully applied in harsh conditions such as high temperature, strong acid, strong base, and the presence of oxides. Moreover, fluorocarbon surfactants have good compatibility and environmental compatibility with ordinary surfactants, which makes up for the shortcomings of ordinary surfactants and further expands the application fields of surfactants. Fluorocarbon surfactants are used for tertiary oil recovery in oil fields. As a displacement agent, fluorocarbon surfactants have high surface activity and are often used in combination with additives to reduce costs.

2, Differences from similar products in the market
1: It can dissolve with tap water in any proportion without turbidity, stratification, or other phenomena. 2. It has a lower dosage, more cost advantages, and good surface tension stability and thermal stability after standing.
3, Technical parameters:
Content: 45%
Concentration 0.003%, 0.005%, 0.01% Surface tension dyn/cm 23.0, 22.8, 21.35 Interface tension dyn/cm 1.1, 0.9, 0.7 Data above 25 degrees Celsius, test results using tap water. If distilled water is used for testing, the values will be slightly higher, but the appearance and sun resistance will be improved
4, Scope and method of use
According to production needs, at a rate of 1%or About 2% concentration is pre configured as a drainage aid. When preparing fracturing fluid or acid, the drainage aid can be directly added to the fracturing fluid or acid according to the design requirements. It can be used in combination with corrosion inhibitors, boron inhibitors, etc. for better results. Generally, the on-site concentration is 0.3%, but the actual concentration of fluorocarbon surfactants used is only about 0.003% to 0.006% (30ppm to 60ppm). This product can also be used in any other system that requires reducing surface tension.
5, Packaging, transportation, and storage conditions: Packaging: Packaged in 25kg, 200kg, and 1000kg plastic drums, or packaged according to customer needs. This product is non hazardous and can be transported as a general item.
Storage: Stable at room temperature and pressure, avoid contact with strong oxidants. Sealed storage, stored in a cool and dry warehouse. far from
Oxidizing agent.
Shelf life: The safe use period of the product is three years. If it exceeds three years, please test it before use.
